ANGLE GRINDERS:

We carry a variety of different sized angle grinders to suit most of your cutting needs. Our electric grinders are available in both 240 and 110 volt, these can be fitted with carborundum or diamond blades for cutting steel, concrete, blocks, bricks, tarmac as well as ceramic, porcelain and roof tiles. Our electric grinders are available in 115mm, 230mm and 300mm bladed versions. If you are working without electricity we also keep a 12” (300mm) petrol cut-off saw in stock. With a diamond blade attached this machine will cut up to 90mm of concrete or brickwork.

SAW BENCHES:

Our 14” (350mm) 110 volt wet cut saw bench can cut most materials, perfect for precision cutting of blocks, bricks and slabs.

FLOOR CUTTING AND GRINDING:

For cutting concrete flooring we have a wet cutting floor saw which when fitted with a diamond blade will cut into surfaces up to 100mm depth. For grinding and keying up concrete flooring or removing stone chippings, our 110 volt or petrol floor grinder is perfect. With tungsten flails, this machine will get any surface down to the level you require.

WALL CHASING, GRINDING AND CUTTING:

Wall chasers are available for cutting into walls when installing pipes and cables up to a depth of 30mm. Our Husqvarna K4000 Cut & Break saw is perfect for when you need a dustless cut through a wall. With it’s water keeping the dust to a minimum and it’s thin body, this machine is capable of cutting up to 14” (350mm) of block or brick wall for door and window openings.

METAL CUTTING:

Steel cutting shears will cut through sheet steel or aluminium with no sparks, great for cutting in lofts and enclosed spaces. Bench top cut-off saws come with a carborundum blades which will enable you to cut various metals when you need a neat or angle finish. Bolt croppers are also available in two sizes, these will cut most mild steel reinforcing mesh.
